Somerville got scary this weekend as Halloween events across the city gave kids, and adults, a chance to dress up and trick or treat.
The Somerville Recreation and Somerville Police Departments hosted a series of Halloween events throughout the weekend, including two Haunted Houses and a Halloween Stroll for children of all ages.On Friday and Saturday, the police department hosted a Haunted House at the West District Neighborhood Substation, at 1154 Broadway in Teele Square.
A Haunted House was also held at the Somerville Recreation Department Friday.
On Sunday, the annual “Halloween Stroll” took place along the Community Path from Davis Square to Lexington Park. The annual Halloween Stroll, included a costume parade for children along the Community Path and games and activities in front of Lexington Park.
