On Thursday and Friday trash, recycling, and yard waste collection will be on a one-day delay. There will be no street sweeping on Thursday and parking meters will not be enforced Thursday and Friday.
Annual Gobble Gobble Road Race: Detour Info for Thursday November 24

Beginning at 9:00 a.m., roads in the Davis Sq., Broadway, Medford St. and Summer St. areas may experience temporary traffic delays as runners pass by. The race route begins on Holland St., right onto Broadway, right on North St., right on Powderhouse Blvd., onto Broadway through Ball and Magoun Squares, right on Medford St., right on Central St., and right on Summer St., ending at Grove St. in Davis Sq. Please note that eastbound traffic on Holland St. will be detoured at Cameron Ave. between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. at the start of the race.
