On Friday, October 7, the Union United coalition, the Right to the City Alliance, and bands from HONK! came together to protest displacement. To learn more about Union United or to get involved, visit www.unionunitedsomerville.com.

The city has proposed new zoning laws for the parts of Union Square that will be redeveloped, and there will be a public hearing on Tuesday, October 18, 6pm at City Hall. Many community members including members of Union United, will be attending to share their concerns about the zoning proposal.
