Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Cambridge Police Commissioner Robert Haas have announced that they have located the suspect vehicle in connection with a hit-and-run crash involving an individual in a wheelchair early Sunday morning at approximately 4:40 a.m.  They have also identified a Somerville resident as the driver of the car. This remains an open and active investigation and no charges have yet been filed.
