Comicazi of Somerville will participate as a vendor in the upcoming Boston Comic Con, which will take place at the Seaport World Trade Center from Friday July 31 through Sunday August 2, 2015. Boston Comic Con includes celebrity guests, artist meet-and-greets, a film festival, a costume contest, a comic art auction, Cosplay Harbor Dinner Cruise and an official after-party with Laugh Boston.

“We are thrilled to have Comicazi join us this year as we are expecting more artists, collectors, vendors, and fans at Boston Comic Con than ever before,” said Founder and Co-Promoter of Boston Comic Con, Nick Kanieff. “Comic fans are always excited to see their local shops participate in the festivities and with our convention full of action packed events and meet and greet opportunities, we are looking forward to the most exciting and successful convention yet.”

Tickets will only be sold online, not at the door. General admission and 3-day passes are on sale now, as are tickets for celebrity photo ops. Boston Comic Con is also accepting entries for this year’s film festival. Friday’s events run from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m., Saturday’s events run from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sunday will be 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
