KALLIS, Dennis P. “Danny” – 70, Of Medford, formerly of Arlington. Passed away suddenly on July 12, 2105.

Dan had a long career as a restaurateur as the owner and operator of The Rosebud, Coronet and Dapper Dan’s Restaurants in Somerville, Demi’s Santa Fe Grill and Charlie’s in Ogunquit, Maine.

Danny was a real people person who loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

He was devoted husband of Denise R. Kallis.

Loving father of Peter D. Kallis of Great Barrington, and Demitra M. Kallis of Medford.

Brother in law of Roland and Carol Racicot, Elizabeth and Ted Campo, Marie and Jim Cotter, Barbara and John Mobilia, Robert, David, John, Yvonne and the late Joseph Racicot.

Dear friend of John Bossi, Edward Houser and Milt Vargelis.

He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended relatives and friends.

Funeral Procession from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville, Friday morning, July 17, 2015 at 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Service in St. Athanasius the Great Greek Orthodox Church, Arlington at 10:00 am.

Relatives and friends are invited.

Calling Hours Thursday, July 16, 2015 from 4-8 pm.

Interment, Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.

Late member of Arlington Touchdown Club.
