New year – new immunity!

Smiles By Rosie Family Dentistry will be holding a Community Immunization Day on January 7,  from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for adult vaccinations and boosters. Most immunizations are free with health insurance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. Please bring your health insurance card, the name and number of your primary care physician, and a record of previous immunizations, if possible

2. Please note that immunizations are only available for adults aged 18+. Children are welcome to attend, and there will be resources available to set up vaccinations with their pediatrician.

3. Registration is strongly encouraged so that we can ensure sufficient supplies.

4. Smiles By Rosie Family Dentistry is accessible by the 101 and 89 buses or is a 10-minute walk from the Sullivan orange line stop. Parking is available at the Stop & Shop lot at the end of Kensington Ave.
