Joe’s Jazz and Blues Festival took place on Saturday at Powderhouse Park.

The concert featured The Somerville High School Jazz Ensemble, Laura Grill Band, Racky Thomas Band, Mark Zaleski Band, Joey Vellucci Quartet and New Black Eagle Jazz Band. Sugar Ray and the Bluetones topped the bill.

Joe’s Jazz and Blues Fest 2014 included other shows, such as Glenn David Andrews Band at Johnny D’s on June 20 and Kathy Olson, Randy Pingrey & Mark Zaleski at The Green Room on June 22. The Aardvark Jazz Orchestra will perform at Clarendon Hill Presbyterian Church on Saturday, June 28 at 8 p.m.
