This documentary part of what we feel is a growing shift in thinking that is collectively taking place in the US right now. We’ve talked about addiction as a disease and now it’s time to start treating it as a disease. It’s time to break the stigma of addiction….our lives and our children’s live depend on it.

Important: at  5:30pm in the Somerville Theatre there will be an Overdose Prevention & Narcan Training given by Aids Action Network’s Cambridge Needle Exchange. If you are in close contact with an active user you will be able to get nasal Narcan to take with you.  It may just save a life.
