Police were called to Somerville High School by the Vice Principal last week to assist in having two students removed from the premises.

The Vice Principal reportedly indicated that the boys had been disruptive and were asked to leave the school grounds more than once, after becoming involved in a minor incident.

The two juveniles were reportedly verbally abusive to the Vice Principal and continued to refuse leaving the school grounds.

Police officers searched the area and eventually found the boys near the school atrium.

They were subsequently placed under arrest, charged with disrupting a public assembly, and taken off the school grounds for booking at the Police Station.
