Shortly before 10:30 p.m. Sept. 30, city police and firefighters responded to report of an unconscious man in front of Davis Square’s Vanguard Medical building.

Firefighters from Engine 6 gave intial medical care, until EMT’s from Cataldo Ambulance took the man to Somerville Hospital.
