Winners of the Fortune magazine the Boston round of the Battle of the Corporate Bands, the Loomers, practiced at the Jamspot at 111 South St. before leaving for the final competition Oct. 2 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.

The lineup is (left to right): Tom Simons, guitar; Everett Pendleton, guitar; Michael Cahill, drums; Jack Cavalier, bass; and Jon Svetkey on guitar and lead vocals.
The Loomers did not win this years finals, to hear what all the fuss is about their next show is Oct. 16 at the Bull Run Restaurant in Shirley.
