The Somerville Transportation Equity Partnership is hosting its first-ever Green Line fundraiser tonight from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Independent in Union Square. The band "Los Diablos" will be providing live music and refreshments will also be served.

The Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization will hold a public hearing on the State Implementation Plan Project Reevaluation June 22 at 6 p.m. The public is invited to the State Transportation Building in Confrence Rooms 2 and 3 at 10 Boston’s Park Plaza hotel to share support and concerns about the Green Line extension.
