Immediately following a call to Ward 7 Alderman Bob Trane, about a very uneven sidewalk causing residents to fall, he arrived on the scene to observe my concern, a wonderful same day response.

Mr. Trane ‘s intervention resulted in a repair on Sterling St. shortly thereafter. Cheers to Alderman Trane for his rapid response and continued concern for his constituents.
