Meet Ann Dunbar, a mother, grandmother and lifelong member of the ‘Ville. Ann raised her children as a single mom, and she did a great job teaching the lesson of life. Ann worked hard as well, she worked full time for the T and retired, she is now involved in that great role as Grandmother.

Ann has also been active in local politics in the past as well as a member for more than 35 years of the Democratic Party in Ward 4. She attended many of the state’s conventions over the years as well. She is a very nice lady who is very good-natured and always friendly, no matter who you are. We have known her here at The News for many years, and we are always glad to see her and get all the latest. A pleasant and nice person, whom we are glad to have has Person of the Week here in Somerville. If you see her around say “Hi” and ask about her days at the 350. You’ll love the story.
