Three members of the Somerville Fire Department were promoted at the March 13 City Council meeting. Lieutenant Thomas Bellini was promoted to Captain and Firefighters Andrew Tkaczuk and Christopher Galvin were promoted to Lieutenant. L to R: Lt. Christopher Galvin, Asst.
