Việt Citron is now open on the first floor of Bow Market. This location joins their Burlington location of the same name, both owned and operated by husband and wife duo Ngoc Tran and Howard Lee. The Burlington location has been open for five years and quickly became a regional favorite for fresh casual Vietnamese cuisine.
Chef Tran is planning on continuing many of the existing menu favorites and plans to add rotating seasonal specials only available at the Bow Market location. “We’re excited to be a part  of Bow Market, we’re planning on using the space similar to a concept kitchen to experiment with new menu offerings. Having this location will let us try out fresh ideas and flavors that we haven’t been able to offer yet,” says Tran.

Customer to neighbor
The idea of Việt Citron coming to Bow Market was first suggested by Tamy Chung, owner of maca, also in Bow Market. Tamy is a longtime customer of Việt Citron and thought they might be a great fit for a space coming available. Tamy is undergoing her own transition as she doubles the size of maca and expands her menu to include bubble tea and bubble waffle sundaes. Construction on that expansion has begun and Tamy expects to be open in the new space in June. In the meantime, folks can get her macarons at weekend popups inside Remnant Brewing
