Somerville resident part of Carroll Center for the Blind event

Paulson, all from the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, at a
welcome reception for the Carroll Center for the Blind's new President
Michael Festa, a former State Representative. The Carroll Center for
the Blind is a major provider of rehabilitation and educational
services in the New England area. As president, Festa will be charged
with leading a capital campaign to raise $5 million for the non-profit
organization.
