Every year the Somerville Museum and Somerville Open Studios (SOS) hosts the First Look Exhibit in the Museum’s gallery spaces. This show is open to all artists who register with Somerville Open Studios, and will be open from April 11 through May 11, 2:00 – 7:00 p.m.

It’s a great opportunity for visitors to view artists work and plan their open studios weekend visits. Somerville Museum, One Westwood Rd, free admission is sponsored by Somerville Open Studios.

For the first time in five years, SOS will hold a fashion show, now called Artwear. The show will be held on Thursday, May 2, at the Crystal Ballroom in Davis Square. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., with the show starting at 7:00 p.m.

Somerville Open Studios 2024, 25th Anniversary, will take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 4–5, from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. each day at artists’ studios and homes throughout Somerville.
