The second meeting will be virtual on Zoom on Saturday, March 16, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. 

The Union Square Neighborhood Council (USNC) is hosting two Community Benefit Agreement (CBA) Summits in regards to Rafi Properties’ Somernova project. The first, on Tuesday March 12, will be in person at the Argenziano School (290 Washington St, Somerville, MA. 02143) from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The second meeting will be virtual on Zoom on Saturday, March 16, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. 

The purpose of these meetings is for the USNC and the negotiating team to hear from the community about what priorities are for benefits from this proposed project. They encourage everyone, from direct abutters to this project to the wider community, to attend to have your voices heard about priorities for benefits for this proposed project.
