Residential Breaking and Entering
On 2/15/24 at approximately 11:48 a.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Mt. Pleasant St. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he heard his front door open then shut moments later. Nothing was reported missing.

On 2/15/24 at approximately 7:10 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Beacon St. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he was in bed and noticed a male party rummaging through his clothing drawers. The victim confronted the male and he fled out of the house. Nothing was reported missing.
On 2/19/24 at approximately 7:07 a.m,, Somerville Police responded to 101 Highland Ave. for report of a past robbery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated at around 12 a.m. while at the bus stop near YMCA, he was approached by a male party who brandished a handgun at him. The suspect then instructed the victim to walk to his vehicle then struck him in the eye and demanded his money and phone. The suspect then drove with the victim to Boston where they picked up another male. They then drove to Lynn and dropped the victim off.

On 2/17/24 at approximately 11:16 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on School St for report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated two juvenile males kicked his door open then ran out of the building. Officers identified one of the male suspects.

On 2/17/24 at approximately 7:16 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Electric Ave. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victims who stated they left their residence in the morning and when they returned, noticed the window screen was cut and the window was left open. A pair of sunglasses, a necklace and a checkbook were reported stolen.

On 2/17/24 at approximately 8:44 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Irving St. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated she left during the morning and when she returned, noticed her bedroom door ajar and numerous containers were rummaged through. Two necklaces were reported missing.
On 2/13/24 at approximately 6:48 p.m., Somerville Police took a report from a male party regarding a past assault. The victim stated that earlier in the day on Somerville Ave, he was approached by a male party asking him if he had any cigarettes. When the victim told him he didn’t have any, the suspect pinned him against a wall then fled.
