Science Based Nutrition for Brain Health
The foods we eat can protect our brain or harm it. Join researcher, lecturer and advocate Dr. Emerson-Lombardo for a discussion about which foods to enjoy and which to avoid, as we seek to make our brains more robust and resilient. The discussion will highlight delicious and easy-to-prepare options that support brain health.
