Assault
On 1/17/24 at approximately 8:24 p.m., Somerville Police responded to Somerville Ave. for report of an assault. Upon arrival, officer spoke with the victim who stated he and his girlfriend were riding their bikes then got into an altercation with the occupants of a vehicle attempting to pass them. During the altercation, two females exited the vehicle and one of them struck the victim in the head.

Residential Breaking and Entering
On 1/17/24 at approximately 3:56 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Washington St. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated his storage unit was pried open and two bicycles were stolen.

Residential Breaking and Entering
On 1/19/24 at approximately 9:01 a.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Summer St. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he was reviewing surveillance footage and observed a male party enter the residence and steal several tools and Nintendo game systems.

Assault
On 1/16/24 at approximately 5:19 p.m., Somerville Police responded to Highland Ave and Central St. for report of a male party screaming at people. Upon arrival, officers spoke with two juvenile victims who stated they were walking down Highland Ave and were approached by a male party who began yelling at them. The male party then spit at them and fled the area. Officers identified the male suspect.

Robbery
On 1/23/24 at approximately 12:05 a.m., Somerville Police took a report of a past assault. The reporting party stated the day prior; her son was walking home from school on Highland Ave and was attacked by a group of juvenile males. During the attack, the suspects stole the victims’ sneakers.

Assault
On 1/19/24 at approximately 10:46 p.m., Somerville Police responded to Elm St and White St. for report of a past assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he was walking in the crosswalk and a vehicle drove past him and the driver side mirror tapped him on the arm. The operator of the vehicle then stopped and approached the victim and attacked him.

Assault
On 1/21/24 at approximately 7:02 a.m., Somerville Police responded to a business on Elm St. for report of an unwanted male. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the manager who stated a male party entered the business and became disruptive. While the male suspect was leaving, he struck an employee on her arm. Officers located and identified the male suspect.

Residential Breaking and Entering
On 1/22/24 at approximately 1:56 p.m., Somerville Police took a report regarding a past breaking and entering. The victim stated on 1/20/24, an unknown male entered her apartment through an open window then left.

Residential Breaking and Entering
On 1/22/24 at approximately 6:58 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Dimick St. for report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated a male party entered his bedroom. The victim confronted him and he left the area.

Residential Breaking and Entering
On 1/22/24 at approximately 7:18 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Harold St. for report of a robbery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who was suffering from a wound to his nose and hand. He stated that he was sitting in his living room and saw a male party in his bedroom trying to exit through the window. The victim confronted him and the suspect bit him on the hand.
