Carol Ann (O’Connell) Bradley, age 76, of East Longmeadow, MA died Saturday, October 28, 2023, at the East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Facility. 

Born in Somerville, MA to the late Jeremiah O’Connell and Catherine (King) Casey.  

In addition to her parents, Carol was predeceased by her loving husband Lawrence J. Bradley, whom she shared 51 years of marriage, her three infant daughters, sisters Catherine, Jean Marie and brother John.

Carol is survived by her two sons, Lawrence J. Jr. of East Longmeadow, MA and Gregory S. of Leominster, MA. Carol was the loving and doting grandmother to Ayden-Maeve and Jameson Bradley of East Longmeadow, MA and Dove Bradley of Leominster, MA. Sister Eileen Capone, and husband Al Johnson of Somerville, sister Frances Sanborn of Hampton Beach, NH, sister Mary Ellen Gil of Somerville and brother James O’Connell of Somerville. Carol will be missed by her several nieces and nephews.

Carol graduated from Somerville High School class of 1965.  Carol retired after a career as a medical records specialist at Leominster Hospital. When her children were young, Carol was a teacher’s aide in the Princeston School System and a legal secretary.  Her passion in life was her husband, sons and grandchildren who call her “Nani”.

Carol and her husband enjoyed traveling and taking many trips on their motorcycle across country. When not traveling, Carol enjoyed the company of her good friends. Carol had a love for line dancing with her husband as they were known for the “couple” to watch on the dance floor. She adored her time with her grandchildren.

Carol was a communicant of Saint Patrick’s Church in Springfield, MA.

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
