NECEC leads the just, equitable and rapid transition to a clean energy future and diverse climate economy and is committed to ensuring all people in the Northeast, regardless of their socioeconomic background, have access to the clean energy future and equitable climate economy.
At the event, NECEC honored companies who are leading the decarbonization of the Northeast including Somerville-based Sublime Systems, who was recognized as one of the “Emerging Companies of the Year” for their development of an electrified process to produce clean concrete. Sublime is headquartered at Somernova, Somerville’s leading innovation ecosystem and hub for climate technology and tough-tech companies.
