On 6/16/23 at approximately 10:07 a.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Ashland St. for report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he saw a male party in his bedroom take cash from his nightstand then flee toward Sartwell Ave.

On 6/15/23 at approximately 1:37 a.m,, Somerville Police responded to 333 Broadway for report of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers located two shell casings on Langmaid Ave.

 

On 6/14/23 at approximately 11:25 p.m., Somerville Police responded to 105 Broadway for a check condition. While en route, officers learned the victim was being transferred to the hospital. Upon arrival at the hospital, officers observed the victim suffering from multiple injuries to his face. He stated that earlier in the night, he was approached by a male party who repeatedly punched him. Officers identified the suspect.

 

On 6/14/23 at approximately 5:05 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on School St. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated the basement door was kicked in. Nothing was reported stolen.

 

On 6/14/23 at approximately 2:29 p.m., Somerville Police responded to an apartment complex on Cross St. for report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, officers located a male party running out of a door and attempting to hop on a bicycle. After a brief pursuit, officers stopped the male and he was detained. Officers spoke with the victim who stated he observed the male party stealing a bicycle. When the victim confronted him, the male party put his hand in his pocket and threatened to stab him. The male party was then placed under arrest.

 

On 6/16/23 at approximately 4:22 p.m., Somerville Police responded to Foley St. for report of a past assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated while outside, he was approached by a group of juvenile males. One of the males punched him in the face and another male threw a bottle at him.

 

On 6/19/23 at approximately 1:19 p.m, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Atherton St. for report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, officers secured the doors of the house and attempted to search for the suspect who was not located. Officers spoke with the victim who stated she observed a male party in her roommate’s bedroom. The suspect fled out a window. Nothing was reported stolen.

 

On 6/19/23 at approximately 4:35 a.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Atherton St. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he was sleeping and woken up to an individual climbing through his kitchen window. The suspect then fled the area.

 

On 6/19/23 at approximately 10:29 a.m., Somerville Police responded to a construction site in the area of Knowlton St. and Washington St. for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated the padlocks to the site were cut. Nothing was reported stolen.
