The Somerville Rotary Club held a bowling fundraiser at American Flatbread in Davis Square to raise money for local non-profits. American Flatbread regularly hosts community organizations on Tuesday nights and donates a portion of the proceeds from pizza sales to the sponsored organization.  Nevada Anderson, a Flatbread manager explained, “We are always happy to support Rotary and other local community organizations with our benefit bake nights.   Supporting our Somerville community is very important to us!”

The Somerville Rotary Club had a great time bowling, eating, and socializing at Flatbreads.  Middlesex Federal Savings, Servvpro of Somerville, East Cambridge Savings Bank, and Angelina’s pizza all sponsored the event.  Members of the Somerville Lions Club also attended.  David Worzala, President of the Somerville Rotary Club, thanked American Flatbread for “providing a family friendly and fun atmosphere to raise money for worthy causes in Somerville.  Hopefully, this will become an annual event for Rotary and I encourage other organizations to partner with Flatbreads on Tuesday benefit bake nights.”
