Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City of Somerville Housing Division are pleased to announce that applications are now open for 18 income-restricted rental units at Union 346 (346 Somerville Ave.) in Union Square, available through the City of Somerville’s Inclusionary Housing Program. Units are available to households making at or below 50%, 80%, and 110% of the Area Median Income. The lottery includes 15 studios and three 1-bedroom units. 

About the UnitsAll units feature modern kitchenwith stainless steel appliancesquartz countertops, and dishwashers, as well as in-unit laundry, oversized windows, and air-conditioning. The pet-friendly building features a shared roof deck, fitness center, and bike storage. On-street parking is available by permit. For more information on unit layouts and features, visit union346.com/affordablehousing or contact Corcoran Management at 617-812-2047.   
 
Information Sessions: A virtual information session will be held Monday, April 24, at 6:00 p.m. on Zoom. : Multilingual applications and full eligibility requirements are now available at sebhousing.com/union-346. Applications must be submitted by Thursday, May 4, at 2 p.m. Completed applications can be emailed to Union346@sebhousing.comdelivered to 373 Highland Ave. in Somerville (in the black mailbox under green awning by the entrance), mailed or delivered to SEB Housing Re: Union 346 at 257 Hillside Ave., Needham Heights, MA 02494 (must be received by this date, not postmarked), or faxed to SEB Housing at 617-782-4500
