A 12-year-old boy threatened two other boys with a knife on Springfield Street Jan. 19, police said.

The two boys were frightened but not hurt, police said. Officers notified parents of the victims and officials at their school. The boy with the knife was spoken to by officers and his parents were notified of the incident.
