Storytelling- Angie Lin Boyer :
Angie Lin Boyer is an artist working with photography, moving image, light, and fiber. Born and raised in New Jersey, she now lives and works in Somerville by way of the Berkshires and New York City. Her work has been exhibited in NY, NJ, and MA.

Abstraction- Allison Tanenhaus:
Allison Tanenhaus is a digital glitch artist who specializes in abstract geometrics, kaleidoscopic color fields, trippy op art, mind-bending motion, and unexpected dimensional qualities. With self-taught techniques using just her smartphone, she creates psychedelic music videos, GIFs, prints, video installations, and large-scale projections.
Allison’s source material consists of her original works (cellphone pics, word art, previous pieces) and vintage artifacts that she alters via smartphone. Made with equal parts deliberation and experimentation, the results are rainbow-hued compositions that take on a psychedelic life of their own.
At a time when personal data is culled and exploited on every platform, she views reclaiming files and devices for purely artistic purposes as a radical act of creative autonomy and expression that—through her hypnotic presentations—promotes mindfulness and unity.
Installation and commission highlights include the ICA Store at the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston, New England Synth Fest, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, and “GlitchKraft: Allison Tanenhaus + Friends” at Emerson Contemporary.
Allison is a 2019 recipient of a Somerville Visual Art Fellowship; frequently creates music videos and album art for electronic musicians The Square Root of Negative Two, Maria Finkelmeier, and Doug Bielmeier; collaborates with musician and glitch artist Sam Correa and pop-culture portraitist Alex Kittle; and teams up with light artist Ben K. Foley as the optical installation duo bent/haus.

DANCE- Margaret Wiss and Mike Brun:
Margaret Wiss is a choreographer, educator, and performer. Her creative practice embraces many disciplines. As a choreographer under the name Wiss.co, she has presented work across the United States. She has choreographed for PDX Contemporary Ballet, North Atlantic Dance Theatre, The Harvard Ballet Company, and the DanceBARN Festival. Recently, she was an Artist in Residence in Islesford, Maine continuing to develop an evening length dance work with composer Colin Minigan. Scheduled to premier in May 2020, the performance has been postponed indefinitely.
Wiss is keenly interested in the interaction between dance and science. In 2018, she founded Xsection Film Festival, a Boston-based event sparking interdisciplinary collaboration between dance, science, and film. Wiss’ own screen dances have been selected for numerous arts and film festivals including Boston’s 2020 Art Fair “Area Code”.
A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, magna cum laude, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Kinesiology with high honors from the dance department. She was awarded the Dance Department Award for Important Choreographic and Performance Contributions. A member of the Five College Dance Department, she performed at The Kennedy Center and worked with Pilobolus Dance Theater as well as choreographers Jennifer Hart and Kinsun Chan.
In May 2020 she received her Master of Fine Arts in Dance with a concentration in choreography from NYU’s Tisch School for the Arts.

Mike Brun is an American composer, performer, orchestrator, and producer. His broad-ranging skillset and deep belief in collaboration have led to a kaleidoscopic career in film, theater, and recording.
Brun has been heavily involved in the New York theater scene since 2011. He is one of the ten composers of Folk Wandering, an American celebration of the untold grief that moves us forward. Folk Wandering enjoyed an Off-Broadway run in 2018 (4/5 stars, TimeOut), as well as sold out performances in previous years at Joe’s Pub, Walkerspace at Soho Rep., and the Merriam Theatre. His musical Bull’s Hollow is in development as a commission from Ars Nova via a grant from the Jerome Foundation. The Bull’s Hollow creative team are fellows of the Civilians 2014 Research & Development Group.
As an orchestrator, performer, and music director, Brun is known for his inventiveness and flexibility. Work in these roles has taken him to Las Vegas, Boston, the Bay Area, and other American theatrical hubs beyond New York City. Notable credits include music director/onstage musician for Mr. Burns (Playwrights Horizons 2013), orchestrator and bandleader for Twelfth Night (Delacorte, 2018), orchestrator for Monsoon Wedding (Berkeley Rep, 2017), and co-arranger/onstage musician for Old Hats (Signature Theatre, 2016). Brun made his Carnegie Hall debut in 2017, contributing orchestrations to the New York Pops Symphony’s Women of Note concert.
Brun’s multi-instrumental versatility and thoughtful arrangement skills make him a first-call sideman. Among many acts, he has played for Cristin Milioti, Krystle Warren, Kate Davis, Jacob Snider, Mark Sonnenblick, and is a fixture of Shaina Taub’s band. Click here to listen to Shaina Taub’s album Die Happy: Brun co-produced it with Dean Sharenow, played & sang on it, and contributed the string & horn arrangements for it.
A composer-crooner himself, Brun has established a brand of hypnotic, intelligent songwriting all his own. His most recent album is entitled there is no river strong as me – click here to listen. In 2019, he wrote the song “fork in the road” for Freddie Falls In Love, a narrative dance piece by Emmy-nominated choreographer Al Blackstone. Brun is a proud fellow of the Johnny Mercer Foundation Songwriters Project.
Brun holds a Master’s degree in Screen Scoring from NYU and has been in the film scoring field since 2018. He has already created memorable scores for feature-length films, shorts, documentaries, podcasts, and multimedia performance art. Click here to peruse his Film & TV page.
