If your life were a river, what shape would it take? The River of Life exercise is designed to help you reflect and discover where you’ve come from. Building on the January Community Learning session, please join in for another learning opportunity on Sunday, February 21, at 3:00 p.m., featuring a guided River of Life activity.
Listen to a special piece of music written 140 years ago, inspired by the composer’s love of nature, while through verbal and written prompts participants will create their own River of Life imagery. No special skills required. Suggested materials include: paper, crayons/colored pencils or markers, or alternatively, a piece of cloth or scarf to represent the river and nature items (stones, shells, leaves, sticks) or other meaningful objects to create your own story.
