Russell Rounbehler, November 19, 10:06 p.m., arrested at Wallace St. on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to wear a seatbelt, no inspection sticker, false motor vehicle title, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, possession of a class A drug, and miscellaneous equipment violation.
