Important notes to restaurants with outdoor seating licenses:

Outdoor Seating Licenses do NOT allow any type of outdoor entertainment. You may not provide entertainment, whether live or recorded, outdoors on public or private property.

Unless you have previously been granted permission to allow dogs into your outdoor seating area, you may only allow SERVICE ANIMALS to enter that outdoor seating area.

Finally, your Somerville Health and Safety Plan, Mass. Covid-19 Control Plan, and approved Outside Seating Site Plan MUST BE PRINTED and available to Inspectors at all times.
