For the St. Clement High School football team, it’s been a series of ups and downs. After a slow start, the Anchormen have managed to pull through for a 4-5 mark. Now they’ll aim to finish the season at .500 when they’ll face off against arch-rivals Trinity Catholic on Thanksgiving Day. Kickoff is 10:15 a.m.

Leading the way offensively for the Anchormen is Michael Julce, who’s rushed for seven touchdowns and close to 800 yards while James Alphonse has chipped in with six touchdowns and 400 yards. Also contributing offensively is Sean Simas as well as Matthew Pereira.

Defensively, the Anchormen will be led by Alphonse as well as Julce at linebacker while Simas is expected to lead the way in the secondary.
