Mystic Ave. playground has dangerous materials

I would like to bring to your attention a potentially dangerous and hazardous environment at the Mystic Housing complex, here in Somerville . The Mystic Housing complex has renovated two playground areas on Canal Lane and River Road .  Both of these playgrounds are opposite each other in the complex.
The problem and my concern is that they have “decorated” both playgrounds with BOULDERS!  I am at a loss for words to explain and what was the rational thought process for having these huge rocks in a playground!  This is a potential liability to the city if a child is fatality injured or seriously hurt.  All it would take is an inadvertent push or someone losing control for an accident to occur.  This issue is one that needs to be addressed and rectified with alacrity.  I hope that it does not take a child being injured, first before someone takes action!

Thank you,
Tasha M. Williams
