The office of Middlesex District Attorney Martha Coakley released the following statement regarding the investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct against Christo Courban, a doctor at Cambridge Hospital.

“At this time, the Middlesex District Attorney’s office has closed its investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct made against Christo Courban.  After a thorough review of the facts and circumstances surrounding this matter, the District Attorney’s office has determined that no charges will be filed against Mr. Courban at this time, and no further action is anticipated in this matter.”
