Use the bathroom, not the porch please

Two Somerville men were arrested this week when police allegedly observed them urinating off their third floor porch.

  Jose Reyes-Perez, 42, of 306 McGrath Highway, and Rafael Vasquez, 22, of 7 Sewall Street, had been urinating off their third floor porch every day, said a witness who called the police. The witness called authorities after repeatedly observing the act and becoming concerned for his children, said police.
  The witness identified the individuals allegedly responsible for the daily indecency to police, who observed the house. Police allegedly observed Vasquez walk to the northernmost section of the porch that had been rotted away and urinate. Reyes-Perez then did the same, police said. Both men‚Äôs genitals were visible to the officers present and anyone looking in that direction from the street, police said.
  Both men were arrested and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
