A Time to Give Thanks

A good friend of ours said "We should say it more".  He is right – we should all give thanks for the many wonderful blessings we have in our lives, no matter what they be.  On this rainy Thanksgiving, we at The Somerville News hope that everyone can take the time to stop running around and enjoy those around you and break bread in celebration of whatever you might be thankful for this holiday season.

We are thankful for the love and support of our friends, family and the readers of our newspaper and weblog.  We are thankful for the chance to serve the community and bring local news to the people of Somerville.  We are thankful for the ability to foster creative endeavors and become a "family" together.

The publishers/directors are thankful for all of the people who have contributed to the "rebirth" of The Somerville News over the past few years and who may have left us, but still remain part of our "family".

May your Thanksgiving be a happy, healthy and safe holiday.  Thank you.
