Shooting on Munroe Street

A 21 year old Somerville man was shot on Munroe Street at 1 a.m. this morning.

  Police said the victim survived the shooting and is now in stable condition. No arrests have yet been made. Police are asking anyone who saw or heard anything around 1 a.m. this morning in the area of the Prospect Hill Tower on Munroe Street to contact detectives.

  The shooting is the third in a month in Somerville. On April 21, Ferdinand Saintville, 25, was shot and killed after leaving Good Time Emporium in Assembly Square. John Micelin, 23, of Boston, was shot and killed on Walnut Street May 6. In both cases police arrested the alleged shooters.
