Two arrested in Summer Street drug deal

A Somerville man was busted for buying a $70 bag of cocaine from a drug dealer on Summer Street March 3, police said.

Police said Raymond Noiles, 29, of Boston, delivered cocaine to Kaveney’s Summer Street home, police said.

Police allegedly observed Kaveney holding an object inside his fist. When officers approached Kaveney he allegedly discarded a clear plastic bag containing cocaine. He was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate a drug law and possession of a class B drug. Noiles was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate a drug law, drug violation near a school or park and distribution of a class B drug.
