Somerville Police Crime Log June 20 – June 26

Residential Breaking & Entering
 
On 6/22/23 at approximately 8:24 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Calvin St for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated she observed a male party near the door of her bedroom. The suspect then fled out the rear door of the residence. Nothing was reported stolen.
 

Assault
On 6/22/23 at approximately 4:18 p.m., Somerville Police took a report from a female party regarding a past assault. She stated that she works as parking enforcement for the City of Somerville and was pushed by a male party after he received a ticket.
 
Assault
On 6/20/23 at approximately 4:58 p.m., Somerville Police responded to Holland St for report of a past assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated she observed four juvenile males shaking the Blue Bikes. She confronted them and one of the males spat on her.
 
Residential Breaking & Entering
On 6/26/23 at approximately 4:36 p.m., Somerville Police responded to a residence on Cross St for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated a TV and sound system were stolen.
 
Assault
On 6/24/23 at approximately 9:46 a.m., Somerville Police responded to a business on Beacon St for a weapons call. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he confronted a male party after he was observed shoplifting food items. During the confrontation, the male suspect brandished a box cutter and threatened to kill him.
 
Assault
On 6/23/23 at approximately 1:16 p.m, Somerville Police responded to Quincy St for report of a past assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with an involved party who stated he got into a fight with another male over a parking spot.
