Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City of Somerville Housing Division are pleased to announce that applications are now open for 41 income-restricted rental units at Arris (20 Inner Belt Rd. & 56 Roland St.) in the Inner Belt/Brickbottom neighborhood, available through the City of Somerville’s Inclusionary Housing Program. Units are available to households making at or below 50%, 80%, and 110% of the Area Median Income. The lottery includes 8 studio apartments, 18 one-bedroom apartments, 14 two-bedroom apartments, and 1 three-bedroom apartment.
About the Units: All units feature modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and dishwashers, as well as in-unit laundry and air-conditioning. The building features a fitness center, business center, pool, clubhouse, game room, on-site pet concierge, pet washing station, car washing area, and bike storage.
