‘Holiday Tree’ – a one act play

On November 30, 2021, in Latest News, by The Somerville Times

A pine tree is decorated for the holidays with ornaments but this is no ordinary tree. Each decoration holds an adventure story that will teach a lesson and bring true joy. Using puppets, objects, song, poetry, music and the classic art of storytelling enter the holiday spirit with Evie (portrayed by Charlotte A. Dore) as she shares stories from her life and her imagination that take her on an internal journey from loneliness to resilient joy. A beautifully poetic script with elements of improvisation will allow the show to be customized for each audience.
