Five polling places that moved in 2020 remain at same locations
As a reminder, three of Somerville’s polling places have been relocated as of the current 2021 election cycle. All other polling locations will remain in the same location as they were in 2020. Before voting in the September 14 preliminary election, don’t forget to double-check your polling location.
The new polling locations as of 2021 are as follows:

Ward 3 Precinct 1

Former Location: Central Library, 79 Highland Ave.

New Location: A room in the West Branch Library, 40 College Ave.

Former Location: West Somerville Neighborhood School, 177 Powder House Blvd.

New Location: A room in the VNA Assisted Living Facility, 405 Alewife Brook Parkway

Five additional polling locations were relocated in 2020. Voters in those precincts will continue to vote at the 2020 locations listed below, during the 2021 elections. Those locations are:

Ward 2 Precinct 3: Argenziano School, 290 Washington St.

Ward 3 Precinct 3: St. Catherine of Genoa Parish, 179 Summer St.

Ward 5 Precinct 2: Kennedy School, use the entrance across the street from 21 Sartwell Ave.

Ward 6 Precinct 1: George Dilboy Post, 351 Summer St.
Voters are always encouraged to look up their polling location before heading out to vote. You can look up your polling place by visiting www.somervillema.gov/mysomerville and entering your address. You can also call 311 for assistance. All polling locations are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the preliminary election on September 14.
