Stephen Carey, 44, of 95 Locust St., Burlington, Dec. 15, 12:29 a.m., arrested at 103 Gilman St. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a class A drug.

Louis Sousa , 43, of 142 Holland St., Dec. 15, 8:45 p.m,, arrested at 132 Central St. and charged with threatening to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.

Elaine Ramirez, 52, of 240 Pearl St., Dec. 17, 5:06 a.m., arrested at home and charged with stalking in violation of a restraining order.

Ryan LaPointe, 24, of 175A Springvale Ave., Everett, Dec. 17, 10:20 a.m., arrested at 77 Middlesex Ave. and charged with larceny over $250 and warrant charges of marked lanes violation and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Itamar Moraes, 48, of 32 Prescott St., Dec. 17, 10:36 p.m., arrested on Cross Street East on a warrant charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Brian Collins, 20, of 218 Palm Ave., Miami Beach, FL, Dec. 18, 1:12 a.m. arrested on Latin Way and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

Eric Cruz, 18, of 38 Oliver St., Dec. 18, 1:56 a.m., arrested at 62 Highland Avenue and charged with receiving stolen property under $250 and breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime.
