Somerville District Court Judge Flynn issued a warrant for the arrest of Somerville Attorney Frank Privitera for a violation of his probation. Attorney Privitera was allegedly driving his motor vehicle on Friday in Arlington and a warrant was sent to the Arlington Police to have Mr. Privitera apprehended. Privitera received probation and lost his license for five years for his role in the death of a 22 year old Tufts student.
